New TP 216
New TP 216 – a stronger generation is here
The TP 215 is being succeeded by the new TP 216. Building on the proven qualities of its predecessor, the TP 216 introduces a number of significant improvements, including a new rotor design with longer knives, improved infeed and a stronger construction.
During the development of the TP 216, our R&D team worked closely with professional users. Their hands-on experience and feedback have helped shape several of the improvements.
The goal was clear: to make a proven wood chipper even better equipped for the demands of professional work.
New long knives and improved infeed
The TP 216 features a new rotor design with two long knives, based on the same principle as the TP 176. The upper infeed roller has also been redesigned to provide a firm grip on the material and ensure efficient feeding.
This makes the TP 216 ready to handle the wide variety of material arborists encounter throughout the working day – from branches and tree tops to larger timber.
Stronger construction
The TP 216 has also been strengthened in several key areas. The galvanised chassis is more robust, the overall construction has been upgraded, and components including the bonnet, hinges and handles have been redesigned.
The result is a tougher wood chipper built for long hours of professional use.
Choose the TP 216 to suit your work
The new TP 216 is available in several versions to suit different applications. TP 216 MOBILE is available with either diesel or electric power, while TP 216 TRACK is designed for jobs where challenging terrain demands greater accessibility.
TP VARIO SPOUT® with stepless adjustment of the ejector spout is available as an option.
The proven 216 mm infeed capacity remains, but everything around it has been further developed with input from professional users who work with wood chippers every day.
Stronger construction, new long knives and improved infeed – the new TP 216 is ready for the working day.
