The Danish wood chipper manufacturer Linddana A/S, based in Ølholm near Vejle, recently celebrated a major achievement.
The company has now sold 10,000 wood chippers in its 25-year history! The anniversary model was sold to DNE Materieludlejning in Roskilde, along with two other examples and was the TP 200 VHM model, fitted with its own motor.
“We have dealt with Linddana since we first introduced wood chippers into the range in 1999. And because we want professional equipment, we chose the 200 model as smaller machines do not fit into our range,” says Ole Staxen, Managing Director and owner of DNE materieludlejning.
The company has eight divisions throughout Denmark and with its latest acquisition, now has 12 Linddana chippers on the books.
“We chose Linddana as they have a good product, good service and they are really good at product development. And I’m sure that our customers are fully satisfied with the machines,” adds Staxen.
DNE Materieludlejning has a wide range of activities, hiring out lifts, construction equipment, earth and machinery moving equipment and for the green sector.
“We know there’s growth in rentals for the green sector, but there is also a lot of competition within the segment, which is why we think it’s vital to have products able to fulfil the needs of professional uses,” stated Staxen.
Three Linddana model TP 200 wood chippers have been delivered to DNE Materieludlejning. Amongst the three, is machine number 10,000 manufactured by Linddana.
